What are the conditions under which a customer can request a refund?

A customer can be eligible for a refund if an email requesting a refund is sent by the customer (with the registered email id) to info@tmdmflycredit.in within 48 hours (2-DAY) of purchasing the Service Card. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer's payment was received. As per the banks, If Refund will approved, then it will credited to your account within 1-7 business days.
If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours (2-DAY) of purchasing the Service Card.
